Chakra Healing

Welcome! I will be hosting weekly Chakra classes where we will be exploring Chakra work; the classes will be heavily informative (don't worry you'll be lying down for most of it!) and will include; Meditation, Pranayama, Asana & also Creative practices. We will be spending 1 month on each Chakra; the first 2 weeks will be restorative, focussing on calming and healing, and the second 2 weeks will be focussing on strengthening and empowering. We will make our way through all 7 of the Chakras and then I will continue to loop this class indefinitely.
